General (reservations) conditions Campinastrand


1. Arrival and Departure

The arrival and departure times of the place reserved by you are stated on the website and/or your confirmation. Arrival is always possible from 1 pm to 8 pm. Departure must take place before 12 noon.


2. Price

The rates stated on the website are the currently applicable prices, but are not binding. The communicated prices are, barring any printing errors, unforeseen changes in VAT surcharges/levies/government surcharges or actual obvious mistakes, permanently unchanged during the relevant calendar year with the exception of offers/promotions. Online (Website) rate calculations are not binding if different.

Campinastrand reserves the right to change prices and/or to charge a surcharge, for example as a result of a change in energy prices.

The rate for annual pitches always excludes electricity consumption and annual municipal tax. Electricity consumed will be charged at the rate stated under the "prices" tab. The annual municipal tax of €145.00 will be settled between April and August.


3. Reservation

Reservations can be made via the website or at the reception. Online reservations are not binding, binding changes can be made on arrival according to the general conditions and applicable rates.


4 Payment terms

After receiving the confirmation, 100% of the total sum must be paid immediately. The payment must therefore always be made in full prior to the stay.

If the payments (in whole or in part) are not paid within the periods determined by us, we reserve the right to charge additional costs or to cancel the reservation completely.


5. Deposit

For some camping pitches you have to pay a deposit (cash) on arrival. The deposit is stated on your confirmation. The deposit will be refunded on departure (during reception opening hours):

– If the place is left tidy and clean.

– No nuisance is caused to other guests of the Campinastrand or its nearby residents.

– If the damage to the pitch is greater than the deposit paid, this must be paid before departure.


6. Changes to already confirmed reservations and refunds

– Free rebooking to another accommodation is only possible if the rent is higher than the original rent. The difference of the rent must be paid locally (rebooking during your stay) or otherwise within the term stated on the new confirmation.

– No refund of paid money is possible for all cancellations from 8 days before arrival.


7. Cancel

1: A cancellation will only be processed if it is requested in writing.

2: A reservation can be canceled up to 8 days before the date of stay, subject to payment of an administrative fee of 10%.

3: In case of cancellation within 8 days before your stay, no refund will be made.

4: In the event of an earlier departure or a later arrival than booked, no refunds will be made for payments made.

5: Campinastrand reserves the right to cancel a reservation without giving any reason. Under no circumstances can this cancellation give rise to the payment of compensation. Under normal circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded. In case of special circumstances/force majeure, for example: natural disaster, pandemic, war, internal or external force majeure (caused by an external party or government) Campinastrand will provide a voucher, worth the amount already paid, which will be valid one calendar year after the initial arrival date. The voucher provided cannot be transferred to third parties without written permission from Campinastrand and cannot be converted into a contact or giro account.


8. Liability/rules of conduct

1: Campinastrand cannot accept liability for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to or by guests of the Campina beach or local residents, how this damage or injury was caused.

2: Participation in activities organized by Campinastrand or by third parties is entirely at your own risk.

3: All Campina Beach guests must respect and comply with the house rules (available on the website, handed out on arrival or stated on the confirmation).

4: The guest(s) who causes nuisance or nuisance can, after a warning, be removed without refund of payments or deposit.


9. Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse guests on our premises who do not belong to our target group. Such as: (touring) traveling families or groups, (touring) traveling workmen, motorized associations, larger groups, etc., without this being made known in advance in writing (letter or email exchange) in the reservation or explicitly and explicitly upon arrival and approved.


10. Amendment Clause

The recreation company is entitled to unilaterally change the General Terms and Conditions and the house rules. The latest version of the General Terms and Conditions and the house rules can be found on our website or are available for inspection at the reception.
